Your rights - Before the Trial The bit about intimidation of a witness is interesting.  But criminals do get away with harrassing and intimidating the witness.  And they often do so, with great delight.  Even threatening to beat you up.  Or even threaten to have a gang attack you.  This has happened to me many times before.  Once I was threatened inside a court, by some criminals.  That was way back in 1989/1990.
