School Bullying in Law The trouble with this is, those of us that are not being heard can't always afford a solicitor.  o the bullying goes on and on, without being properly addressed.  And also the public ignore the real culprits of bullying.  So bullying continues to exist, until something is properly done.  Not just in schools.  But in public places such as clubs/pubs/libraries/Work Training organisations.
