'Catastrophic' failings in schizophrenia care revealed | Society | guardian.co.uk I have always said that Social Programs shouldn't have been put into the cutbacks area.  Social Inclusion programs are so important for Mental Health patients.  Patients don't need to be locked away in modern asylums.  It is downright disgusting and degrading to Mental Health.
