Cameron's 'Rehab Revolution' To Cut Crime - Yahoo! News UK Same old Tory/Coalition promises as before.  Criminals enjoy a life of crime, and bullying the innocent few.  What do the victims get?  Years and years of hell in rundown communities, such as Oswestry.  Cameron wants to shift the blame onto someone else.  It is now the responsibility of Charities.  Not the government, that wants to govern the entire country and everything therein.
